We do not accept any refunds, returns or exchanges once item is purchased and or shipped. All sales are final.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or in cases where the wrong item was shipped to you. To be eligibile for  an exchange for the same item, please contact us at hello@sundayarvosurfclub.com within 7 days of recieving the item to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us.  Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available.  If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.  

We are just a teensy team & will aim to get back to your email within 1-2 days.

We will always try our best to get your goodies enroute asap, usually dispatched within 1-3 business days. However as we are a petite lil label please be patient just incase we are overloaded. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 5 to 10 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

If the item was marked as pre-order, this means that is isn’t currently in stock, it’s still being cut & sewn or printed. However we will ship it as soon as it becomes available and you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number when this happens.
