We do not accept any refunds, returns or exchanges once item is purchased and or shipped. All sales are final.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or in cases where the wrong item was shipped to you. To be eligibile for an exchange for the same item, please contact us at hello@sundayarvosurfclub.com within 7 days of recieving the item to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

We will always try our best to get your goodies enroute asap, usually dispatched within 1-3 business days. However as we are a petite lil label please be patient just incase we are overloaded. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
